I’m sitting here writing this using my Laptop, it’s great, I can use it most places, but I’ve tried putting it in my pocket and it doesn’t fit. It’s also heavy and I don’t enjoy carrying it around. As someone addicted to the internet it’s something I need to take with me if I’m going somewhere I think I won’t have access to a computer.
Will Android or mobile devices in general ever replace a Laptop? It’s far too early to say, but Android might just end up leading the way in the business world in the longer term.
Target the Consumer First then Business
Most of the applications that have been created and will continue to be made are focused on the consumer, but all it takes is a shift and for some keen developers to start pushing Android applications that are focused on business.
Once that gets going, Android may be taken up by more and more business users. I don’t know what Google’s strategy is but they may be thinking about carving out a dominant market share in the enterprise market. There is not one mobile device that is completely dominant here and the market is huge.
I do think that Google wants to gain traction amongst consumers right from the beginning though. This is a chance they won’t want to miss.

Dear Sir/Madam
I always wanted a mobile that can operate like a laptop. The netbook which is on the market does not have enough power eg cpu, ram to cope with the speed of the mobile.
Comparison of portability and the power this is ideal. this could be slip is a pocket.
Yours sincerely
